INTRODUCTION
Found in Jun.1987,the Shanghai Zhongda Automobile Comping
Co.,Ltd.(the name of the Company was Shanghai mobile parts sub-factory in
1987)made punching parts mainly for SHANGHAI MOBILE FACTORY.The main
products were auto parts and some welding parts.In 1992,it began to make
more than 170 kinds of products that they were small-sized and middle-sized
punching automobile body parts for Shanghai Volkswagen.With .Shanghai
Zhougda Automobile Comping Co.,Ltd.was formally set up in 1995 and became
important supplier of SVW,Delphi and Cosma.
It located at Anting Mobile Town,in the north of
SHANGHAI VOLKSWAGEN,No.312 high way and Huning Exp.Way in the south,the
station of Jinhu railway in the north and 25 km from Hongqiao International Airport.It is
good condition of transportation,electric power,and

tap water.The area is 70,000m2 and the building area
is 50,000m2.
The company has 450 staff members now,RMB 80 million of the fix assets.The
sale of 2008 was RMB 170 million and the sale of 2009 was RMB 175
million..Rated by Jiading Government and Committee of C.P.as a Five Stars
Unit,and as a Five Stars Unit in 2002 and 1999.Now the company is the one of
100 top enterprises in Shanghai

1998,it passed the attesations of ISO 9002 quality systems.Now the quality
goal is 20 ppm.The company has passed the QS9000 and VDA6.1 international
certificating in 2001. In March.2002, it pass the
ISO/16949:2002 .

Now there are 54 technical staff members including
1 senior engineer,7 engineers and 4 associate engineers.The advanced
equipment are tri-coordinate checker,CAM/CAD digital proccssing
center,lathe,miller,boring machine,grinding machine,linear cutting machine
and semiautomatic tapping machine.also it has basic design and manufacture
of mold.
